Newmarket

Very nice reception employee, very helpfull. Great big room with a wonderfull view over the heat and town square. Complete room equipment. Lot's of space. Large bed, (mattress was a little poor) nice bathroom with a bath and shower (needs a little maintance). Good value for the money. Book the dinner/breakfast deal, it's a good deal. Nice food, great cocktails, wonderfull breakfast. Breakfast service is great, especially the waiter in the morning is making breakfast a good experience. Nice guy!

Wonderful greeting from receptionist, very professional and first class service. Room was easy to find and a lift if you required one. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. We didn't eat at the hotel on this occasion. Parking was convenient, but as the parking is first come first served, you will struggle especially on race days. On the whole, great hotel and perfectly situated for a stay in Newmarket.

Excellent stay after my daughter’s wedding. Staff were very accommodating. When they noticed I was disabled, they automatically upgraded my room so I was more comfortable. The room I stayed in was really adapted to suit physically disabled guests. The bathroom was very suitably equip. The staff were really friendly & helpful.

Room was great but no ‘extras’ like tissues, shower cap etc. bed was very comfortable. T. V a good size. Tea and coffee making was good. Air con is very noisy. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The staff were the best I have ever met at a premier inn, really friendly, helpful and welcoming

Great central location just off the main street. Whilst it clearly states free parking across the road was limited had no issues finding a space for the three nights we stayed. Customer service was exceptional and appreciated. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Premier inn Newmarket is ideally situated for the Town and Racecourse, the hotel is very nice and all the staff are helpful and friendly, all the restaurant staff are very good and the reception staff always want to help in any way, the hotel Manager Amanda is especially friendly and helpful she spent alot of time helping me with questions on the train service ect she rang around and solved my problems I was very impressed, I was impressed with everything at the hotel,
