Worst hotel I have ever visited , very bad food and breakfast, they don't provide basic needs as no fan , no mineral water only Tap water is provided by saying as RO water which stinks , No wifi , Manager Mr Ravi is very rude as we wanted to checkout and leave the hotel and denied us to give a refund

Exceptional in every way! The hotel boasts a stunning location, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, particularly the receptionist. The hotel's cleanliness, stylish decor, and spacious room exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed an outstanding dinner, complemented by excellent service. Highly recommended! This amazing hotel is a must-visit, especially for nature lovers.

Fabulous experience staying at Alps resort, the view, the ambience was superb, the restaurant offers delicious food especially their welcome drink was amazing. I highly recommend Alps resort to anyone visiting Dalhousie. There garden offers beautiful view of mountains.

One of the most beautiful gardens i have seen till now in any hotels till date very well maintained and beautiful Staff was good and supportive Food was also excellent. The stella cafe of the hotel got brilliant wood fire pizza and also amazing pasta must try.

very good place and well maintained in difficult place. natural=, woods all around... seating places outside and most loved by my kids are tree house seating for party... deluxe rooms are not up to the mark. but we got upgrade due to not working power point and stinking bathroom. mattress and linens are also clean. ground floor rooms are not so good but first floor rooms are renovated and good.

Our stay was really good...The staffs were very nice and helpful,especially Mr Dinesh. Food was delicious and good service provided during our stay. The location of the resort is amazing especially the view and landscape Loved it ❤️. Mostly Recommended

We really loved the place. Very scenic. Value for money. Special mention for the service and hospitality. Not to miss the best Pizzas at The Stella. Overall staff is very good and helpful The front office staff Monica and Love kumar and service staff were all very helpful

The Rooms are good and the ambience of the Resort is wonderfully maintained amazing resort in Dalhousie Himachal Pradesh me and friend family enjoyed lot in Resort Food is too good and tasty Wonderful place in Dalhousie Staff is also good and cooperative
