Atour Properties in Dali

The Dali Sanyue Street Atour Hotel truly fulfilled all my wonderful expectations for my Dali trip! The location is absolutely superb, backed by Cangshan Mountain and facing Erhai Lake. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Sanyue Street Market, and super close to Dali Ancient City and Cangshan Gate, making it incredibly convenient for exploring, eating, and having fun. Plus, there's a free parking lot, which was a huge bonus for us road trippers! Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately impressed by the Bai ethnic-inspired design. The earthy tones, combined with natural wood and stone, perfectly integrated the local culture. The bamboo reading room and co-working space had such a great vibe. Upon check-in, the front desk attendant offered warm tea and thoughtfully provided a hand-drawn travel guide, recommending local eateries that were all fantastic – no duds at all. The attention to detail here is top-notch. The service throughout my stay was impeccable. The staff were warm, attentive, and always greeted me with a smile when I passed the front desk. Any requests I had were met with an instant response. Upon departure, they even offered warm water and a thoughtful souvenir. It truly felt like a home away from home. During my days in Dali, I spent my mornings exploring Sanyue Street and hiking Cangshan Mountain, then returned to the hotel to enjoy some slow-paced relaxation. This sense of ease and comfort is truly unforgettable. Next time I visit Dali, I'll definitely be back at the Sanyue Street Atour!

I always stay at Atour when I travel, and the rooms are always so clean and the bedding is so comfortable. The receptionists are very friendly, the breakfast is quite plentiful, and check-in and check-out are very efficient. The hotel has a convenient location, close to Erhai Park, within walking distance. The soundproofing is also good, and most importantly, it's great value for money [smile]. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This stay experience is very satisfactory! The hotel is located in the center of Dali's main urban area, with convenient transportation and surrounded by business districts, making shopping, food and travel very convenient. The overall design of the hotel is stylish and modern, with complete facilities, especially the bedding is very comfortable and the sleep quality is very good. The front desk service is very warm and thoughtful. When we checked in with our children, the front desk also thoughtfully prepared exclusive toiletries, slippers and small toys for the children. The details were perfect. The restaurant's dining environment is spacious and comfortable, and the dishes are rich and delicious with a variety of types to meet different tastes. When checking out, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a gift for the children, which really made people feel at home. This hotel is impeccable in terms of service, location and hardware facilities. I will choose here again next time!

My friend and I prefer staying in hotels over guesthouses. This hotel is located downtown, close to Dali High-Speed Railway Station, and it's about a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. It's also at the southern end of Erhai Lake, near Dali Port, making it convenient to take a taxi to Erxi and Erdong. Getting to Xizhou Ancient Town and Shuanglang Ancient Town takes about an hour, while Cangshan Zhonghe Cableway and Wenbi Village are roughly 30 minutes away by taxi. We bought a breakfast voucher for the hotel, which was quite affordable and offered a good variety. Our flight was at 6 PM, and after speaking with the front desk, they extended our check-out time to 4 PM, which was fantastic.

The hotel is very clean. I would like to praise the security guard here. I called Didi for a car, and the security guard took the initiative to ask what the car number was. It was windy outside. You go inside and wait, and I will show you the car. In addition, every time a car pulls up to the door of the hotel, they will take the initiative to pick up their luggage and are very helpful and enthusiastic.
