Although English was not the first language of the staff, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Whenever I had a question or request, they were patient, friendly, and used translation tools to communicate clearly. They made us feel comfortable and valued, which is something we truly appreciate. The front desk staff even made extra effort to ensure we get the ticket to JDSM. The service was so attentive, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about making our stay as pleasant as possible. Folks, you absolutely *must* visit Qianmeng! It was utterly fantastic and offers unbeatable value for money! Watching the sunrise right from your bed? If you know, you know! Not only was the stay incredibly comfortable, but every staff member we interacted with was also exceptionally kind and helpful! Upon arriving near the guesthouse, someone was there to greet us and help carry our luggage to the room. They also provide one complimentary airport or high-speed rail station transfer service (pick-up or drop-off). Afternoon tea and breakfast are also included. Mornings and evenings are perfect for cycling around Erhai Lake, as it's less sunny. Shared bicycles and e-bikes are conveniently available right near the guesthouse.
