My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless—staff greeted me warmly at the pick-up point and efficiently transported me to the hotel via buggy. They kindly prepared the room early so I could check in ahead of time and rest. The location is breathtaking, with a stunning view overlooking Erhai. Waking up to the sunrise right in front of the lake was unforgettable, and the hotel even has a rooftop deck where I could enjoy the view in a peaceful, open setting. One of the highlights of my stay was the coffee—rich, beautifully presented, and complimentary. It was honestly one of the best coffees I’ve ever had. The staff were consistently positive, engaging, and incredibly helpful. They assisted me with everything I needed, including booking an e-scooter through their local app since I didn’t have a Chinese number. They went out of their way to help, never once showing any reluctance or frustration. My room was spotless and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches like a water dispenser and humidifier that made my stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious, heartwarming, and clearly prepared with care. There are a few small improvements that could elevate the experience even further: a small bench to sit on while putting on shoes, a jacket hanger near the entrance, and blinds that could be adjusted to a half-height setting rather than just fully open or closed. That said, these are minor details in what was otherwise an exceptional stay. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Cloudland Seaview Hotel is located just right facing Erhai on one of the stretches of the Ecological Corridor; the Seaview family room I reserved has a panoramic window with beautiful views of Erhai. There are many bicycles and electrical motorcycles for rent to cruise the Ecological Corridor just right outside the Hotel. Though cars are not allowed into the hotel due to the narrow alleys, but the hotel has Buggy that are able to ferry the patrons and luggages into the hotel, just need to arrange with the front desk before arrival. I'm truly impressed by the free flow of specialty coffees offered by Cloudland Seaview to their patrons, if you're a coffee lover, this is indeed a coffee paradise :) One suggestion is perhaps to prepare plant-based milk for customers whom are lactose intolerant or vegan. The room is tastefully decorated, spacious and clean, amenities are superb! A Set Breakfast is included with Rice noodles soup, yogurts with fresh fruits, soy milk & hard boiled egg. Last but not least, the staffs are incredibly friendly and very helpful! Kudos to the team! I'll definitely come back again the next time I visit Dali.

The hotel located in a great location, just next to the seaside. 10-15 away from the ancient town. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Definately will come next time

The room is beautiful and it's situated right by Erhai. facilities and breakfast was really good too. The staff is really nice and very helpful and made the entire stay even better. highly recommend!

One of the best and more beautiful hotels we stayed in. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Free flow cafe drinks were a plus point but location and view is the best selling point. We didnt have china sim card so staffs helped booked cab and even helped us rent the scooters along the er hai. Breakfast was good tho will be the same daily. Highly recommend! Thank u staffs.

The view from the room is great. I was amazed as soon as I opened the door. It was like a picture frame of the sea view. The view was really beautiful. The butler service was also great. The drinks in the store can be refilled unlimitedly. As soon as you go out, you can see Erhai Lake. It is also very convenient to travel

I was shocked by the view from the sea view room. It was really picturesque! The cleanliness and hygiene details were also in place, with ins-style toiletry bags, Dyson hair dryers, smart toilets and Marshall speakers; they were also very service-minded, and the overall soft furnishings of the hotel were very high-end. I liked it! You can have unlimited refills of drinks in the sea view public area on the first floor. It's very comfortable to stay here for an afternoon😌

The hotel is located next to the Erhai Lake Ecological Corridor. The rooms have a direct view of Erhai Lake. The hotel is very design-conscious and quiet. The coffee on the first floor is unlimited during the stay, which is a big plus for coffee lovers. The hotel room has a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the service is in place. There is also a good night dessert for two.

The stay was very comfortable. Coffee and fruit can be delivered to the room, the service attitude is very good, the location is very convenient, there is a parking shuttle for entry and exit, the scenery is very good, there is an electric car rental point downstairs, the transportation is convenient, very satisfied, I will come again if I have the chance

The hotel I stayed in seemed to have an exclusive picture of Erhai Lake by the window of the room. The room design is simple and stylish, and each window faces Erhai Lake. When I woke up in the morning, the sun was shining on the sea, and the scenery was so beautiful that it made me intoxicated. The hotel's supporting facilities are very considerate, and the service staff are gentle. There is a pick-up at the entrance of the village, and they can also help you drag your suitcase to the room, making you feel at home. Here, time slows down, and you can really relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Erhai Lake~
