This guesthouse is absolutely fantastic! The owner is incredibly nice, the room is huge, and the mattress is super soft. Everything is newly renovated, and the location is perfect – right across the street from the ancient city, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The best part is how quiet it is at night. My friend and I are both light sleepers, but we didn't hear a single sound in the room. The owner even gave us a souvenir! I highly recommend staying here when you visit Dali.

Found a gem of a hotel in Dali! The owner was incredibly warm and generous, from helping us with our luggage when we arrived to thoughtfully planning out routes to avoid tourist traps. We felt at ease the entire time. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very stylish. What I can't stop thinking about is the rice noodles the restaurant auntie made for breakfast – the taste was absolutely incredible, and I'm still salivating just thinking about it. Even though I only left half a day ago, I'm already nostalgic for those mornings sitting in the courtyard eating rice noodles.

We booked a family room on the top floor of Block A. It was quiet and very clean, and all the beds were large. The room was cleaned daily 🧹, and the rice noodles at breakfast were delicious. The location is convenient; it's not inside the Ancient City itself, but just across the street is the Ancient City area. San Yue Street is also within walking distance. There's a car rental shop right next door. The hotel is backed by Cangshan Mountain, and our balcony faced Erhai Lake, so we could enjoy the beautiful sunrise every morning! The kids loved it, and the owner and staff were all very kind and welcoming. They even helped us arrange a shared car to Lijiang at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance.

The whole room is smart, and there's a makeup mirror. The hygiene is impeccable, the floor is spotless, and the bedding, especially the pillows, is very comfortable. The location is just outside Dali Ancient City, which is a great spot – convenient for transportation but not congested. It's super easy to get a taxi or rent an electric scooter. The breakfast rice noodles were also delicious! The hotel staff were all very attentive, and their travel recommendations were perfect. A truly pleasant trip~

This was the best hotel experience during our trip to Yunnan! Firstly, the staff were incredibly warm. As the young lady checking in after us put it, they were "so warm it was almost disarming," always greeting us with a smile. Secondly, the generosity was outstanding. The owner, knowing I was traveling with my parents – three adults – was concerned our room might be a bit cramped. Without a second thought, they upgraded us to a large suite completely free of charge. We were so grateful! The breakfast was also more than plentiful. Thirdly, they were genuinely caring. They repeatedly reminded us about the strong winds, offering advice on what to wear and helping us plan our sightseeing. They truly went out of their way to analyze our needs and were genuinely concerned. Staying here made us feel incredibly happy and relaxed! I was so relaxed I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, so here are some photos of the ancient town instead, haha~~ I came with my parents this time, but next time I'll bring my wife and kids, and we'll definitely stay here again!

The owner personally brought an extra duvet when we requested one, and there's a particularly enthusiastic gentleman (the one in the hat) who loves to chat and gives great recommendations for places to visit and things to look out for. If you have any questions, just message the hotel's WeChat, and they reply very quickly. 2. The room's decor is very fresh and unique. Plus, you can do laundry and hang clothes to dry, which is great because clothes dry super fast in Dali, so no worries about running out of clean outfits! 😄 3. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Just cross the road and you're at the Honglongjing Gate, which leads directly into the ancient city. But unlike staying right inside the old town, it's not noisy at all, and the hotel is very quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. 4. The free breakfast offers a wide variety of options: porridge, steamed buns, soy milk, milk, coffee, freshly cooked rice noodles, and more. Very convenient! 5. On our first day, my child's clothes got dirty, so I washed them in the evening. The next morning, when I went to the rooftop to collect them, I could look up and see the beautiful Cangshan mountains in the morning light, and look down to see the ancient city and Erhai Lake in the distance. It was a truly special feeling! Morning in Dali is simply the most beautiful, warm and refreshing.

Traveling with kids, ordering takeout around here is super convenient. We slept really well, and the room was very clean and smelled lovely when we walked in. The owner was incredibly welcoming and even gave us a souvenir – rose brown sugar! Plus, it's right opposite the ancient city.
