The room was spacious and the bedding comfortable. The rice noodles for breakfast were especially delicious. The best part was its location right by Erhai Lake, literally zero distance! The cafes and restaurants nearby also had a great atmosphere. It's also very close to a bike rental, making it super convenient for walks and rides in the morning and evening.

The hotel's location is truly excellent. You can walk right down to Erhai Lake to watch the sunrise, and it's very close to the Xindi Cafe nearby, which is popular for sunrise photos. The hotel offers thoughtful service, excellent facilities, and a delicious breakfast!

The butler's service was excellent, very thoughtful yet respectful of privacy – just perfect. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. While the soundproofing was a bit lacking, the stunning views more than made up for it. You can literally watch the sunrise right from your room.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and you could even get free refills. They also provided complimentary fruit upon check-in. The hotel is right by the beach, perfect for cycling and wedding photoshoots. Plus, there's a popular influencer-spot cafe nearby, and dining and transportation options are all very convenient.

The environment is very comfortable, and you can see Erhai Lake right outside. The accommodation is also cozy, clean, and hygienic, and the staff are warm, thoughtful, and attentive.

I know this review is late, but I just had to write it! Five stars all around! The location, transportation, views, and cleanliness were all absolutely excellent!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my overall experience was excellent. The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. As for the positives, the hotel's service was incredibly attentive. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist guests with any issues. The hotel breakfast was also very diverse and plentiful, offering a wide variety of choices.

The setting is beautiful, right on Erhai Lake, which makes exploring super convenient. All the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked the wrong room, and one of the kind ladies even gave me a complimentary room upgrade.
