They even proactively recommended travel routes and local food spots in Dali. The room was exceptionally clean – not a speck of dust or water stain anywhere, even in the corners and bathroom. The bedding was fresh, soft, and odorless. The soundproofing was excellent; it was quiet and peaceful at night, and hot water was available 24/7 with smooth WiFi. The hotel's location is really convenient, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. For the price, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dali!

The room isn't huge, but it's very clean and comfortable. Its proximity to the train station is a real plus for layovers. We arrived early and appreciated the luggage storage service. The front desk staff was excellent; a young woman even helped carry our bags upstairs, which was a nice touch.

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. They even asked if I needed anything, and the price was fantastic for such a high-class establishment. Then, with just 10 minutes until my high-speed train departed, I suddenly got a call – I'd forgotten my laptop at the hotel! I was in a complete panic, but the front desk managed to get the laptop from the hotel to the high-speed train station and into my hands in just 6 minutes after I hung up. The speed was absolutely incredible. I literally stepped onto the train right as the doors were closing – not a second to spare! It felt like fate. Even though it was my own mistake forgetting something, this hotel truly went above and beyond by personally delivering my laptop. At that moment, all I could think was, 'It's too late!' But then, hope truly appeared. Oh my gosh, I can't thank this hotel enough. From now on, whenever I'm in Dali, this is the only place I'll stay, seriously. And the laptop is great, by the way!

Our room was on the 4th floor, and after a day of sightseeing, walking up all those stairs was quite tiring. I'd recommend requesting a lower floor if possible. However, the overall service was great. They cleaned our room daily, replenished the water, and everything we needed was provided.
