Cleanliness: Spotless. Service: Excellent! The afternoon tea was bountiful, and the common areas were perfect for photos. Right by Erhai Lake, you can watch the clouds come and go. When the wind blows, it feels like freedom.

The inn's location is great, just a two-minute walk from where the taxi drops you off. If you stay for multiple nights, you get one free pick-up/drop-off service, and afternoon tea is served continuously every day. However, the prices during the May Day holiday were really expensive. Also, while the waterside rooms offer a great view, the sound of the tide at night can sometimes be so loud that it disrupts sleep.

The room was spotless and well-equipped, and the owner clearly has great taste. The service was warm and attentive, making my stay even better than expected. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent and very attentive. They even helped with luggage transfer. Breakfast was delicious, and the location and environment were superb, with direct views of Erhai Lake. The owner was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful with any questions we had. I'll definitely book this place again next time.

The room's location is fantastic, truly waterfront. Opening the balcony door reveals panoramic views of Erhai Lake, especially stunning at sunset. The first-floor living room is also very photogenic. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old.

The room was great! It was so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night. Both the afternoon tea and breakfast spread were really generous and offered great photo opportunities. I really enjoyed just doing nothing in the room and gazing at the sea.

Cleanliness: The room was spotless and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, comparable to a star-rated hotel. Service: They picked us up and dropped us off at the parking lot, and there's afternoon tea every day with cake, fruit, and drinks, which I loved. Unfortunately, I woke up too late every day and missed breakfast. Environment: The location is excellent, right by Erhai Lake. The first and fourth-floor terraces overlooking the water are beautiful.

Hygiene: Clean and tidy Facilities: There's a humidifier, which was a great relief for my dry nose. Environment: A waterside B&B, absolutely stunning. Service: They helped with our luggage, and the afternoon tea and breakfast were both fantastic. I'll definitely come again.

Let me just list things as they come to mind: The scenery is absolutely stunning, and it offers great value for money. It’s very close to the ancient town, balancing beautiful views with easy access to shopping. The service here is excellent, warm and thoughtful. Our flight was delayed by a day, and when the owner found out, they promptly refunded us for one night, which we really appreciated 🙏. The common area isn't huge, but it's definitely photo-worthy, and soaking up the sun there is so relaxing. The room's speaker system is great, and the toiletries are comprehensive. I’m not sure if it was just me, but the hot water was a bit inconsistent, going from scalding to lukewarm. Also, the Wi-Fi was a bit unstable. It was very quiet at night, and the sound of the waves wasn't as loud as I expected. The breakfast was rich and plentiful, with rice noodles, corn, sweet potato porridge, and more, served in individual portions which you could ask for more of. When we checked out, the owner even gave us a souvenir. This was my first time visiting Erhai, and this initial impression was absolutely wonderful. Even with the abundance of sea-view rooms along Erhai Lake, I would highly recommend everyone to try this one – you won't regret staying here.

I had such an amazing stay at this place couldn’t even better from the service the vibe and the view is incredible I couldn’t believe I can be so lucky to found this place. The sea view room was absolutely beautiful.

This sea-view room is absolutely stunning! The balcony truly lives up to its name – we watched clouds rise and sunsets, fed seagulls, and even saw a mother duck with her brood playing right outside. The waterside public areas and rooftop are beautifully decorated, perfect for Instagram-loving ladies. During our two-day stay in Shuanglang, we spent most of one afternoon just lounging on the hotel balcony, listening to music, enjoying the view, and feeling the breeze – it was incredibly peaceful. When we left, the owner arranged airport transfer for us. The driver was attentive and friendly, making our trip to Dali end on a perfect note.
