Traveling with my mom, this was the best hotel we booked. The facilities are great and high-end, the shower has strong water pressure, the view is fantastic, and there's even an observation deck. You can see Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake – it's absolutely amazing, and my mom was thrilled!

Breakfast is served in the lobby on the first floor. The room was spacious and comfortable, and kept spotlessly clean. The service was excellent and very attentive. Waking up to the view of Erhai Lake right outside the window was incredibly relaxing!

The room was very clean and tidy, and the view was incredible, truly beyond words. I especially want to commend the breakfast – it was incredibly varied and, more importantly, absolutely delicious! You could really feel the effort put into it. Service: The ladies were very enthusiastic and professional in their service. They even provided us with a local travel guide, which was fantastic!

The staff contacted me beforehand and shared messages in English detailing relevant information about my stay at the hotel. When I got to the hotel the staff also added my wechat and shared more tips with me. Overall, the staff was very helpful. The hotel has an older design and style, but my room was very comfortable. All the amenities were of very good quality. I was able to rest and take it easy after days of hectic traveling. The location is also very ideal. It is facing Erhai Lake and very close to the Dali Railway Station. Only one drawback, for breakfast they could have a few more options.

The decor is exquisite, and the viewing balcony on the seventh floor offers a spectacular panoramic view. It's very clean and right by Erhai Lake, so the scenery is beautiful. For breakfast, they have noodles, er'si (a local noodle dish), and rice noodles. The service is thoughtful and warm.

The room was spacious with plenty of moving around space, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. It was exceptionally clean, with sparkling windows, and felt newly renovated. The facilities were very complete; even the curtains could be opened and closed with a button. The service was excellent; the front desk lady was very polite and even gave us a souvenir. Sitting in the rocking chair by the window, you could take in the panoramic beauty of Erhai Lake, and in the early morning, witness the magnificent sunrise over Cangshan Mountain, resembling a 'golden mountain kissed by the sun'.
