All our linens are sent to a well-known local laundry company for cleaning and disinfection before use. If there were hairs on the sheets, as you claim, why didn't you report it to the front desk immediately? Had you informed us, the housekeeper would have promptly replaced them. 2. You claim that our service was poor. Does that mean we consider our service poor simply because we didn't help you with your luggage? No hotel would clearly state on their website that they must help with your luggage upon arrival. Our hotel entrance is dozens of meters from the front desk. Wouldn't the front desk be guilty of not seeing you enter and not helping with your luggage immediately? When you're traveling, whether by plane or high-speed rail, you probably won't have staff to help you with your luggage. Furthermore, after you checked in, our front desk attendant carried your luggage upstairs. This is evidenced by surveillance footage.
