The hotel is located in the good location, very close to the old town south gate. We tried many times to call the hotel before check-in just wanted to ask for the train station pick-up service but no answer both of the phone call and the WeChat message. Once we arrived, there was only one guy at the reception. However, he did a good job, walked us around the area and explain where to eat. Overall, the service was good. The room has good amenities but only thing we don't like is that they decorate the room with the stone and rock at the floor which might cause the dust and dirt especially for the hyper-allergenic person like us. Overall, still recommend to visit.

It is a lodge with very convenient location . Food street is just outside of the homestay . Dali ancient town is just 100 m -200m walk . The room is very clean but bed is too hard .

Fortunately, we met Xiaolin, thank him for helping us contact Xiaoyang of Bieyang store to receive us. While waiting for Xiaoyang, Xiaolin also asked us to go upstairs to enjoy their beautiful scenery near Erhai Lake. This Dongmen store does not receive foreign guests, so if locals want to stay, don't miss this villa near Erhai Gate! The location is close to the South Gate of Dali Ancient City. It takes a few minutes to walk to the South Gate. It is very convenient. The space and bathroom of the room are very large and the stay is very comfortable. The overall experience was good. The room was very clean and quiet. I slept very well at night after walking all day. The location is very good. It takes more than 200 meters to reach the ancient city of Dali. There are many things to eat after walking. There are also many delicious food stalls at night, and they are cheaper than those in the ancient city. It is also convenient to take a taxi in the morning and at noon. The guy also provided attentive service and helped to carry the luggage to the room.

Very near to south gate. Many restaurants for lunch and dinner are around. Plenty breakfast restaurants as well. The room are spacious. Good views from 4th floor. We stayed in January and it was very cold without the air conditioning. The floor was very cold. It is recommended to put a foot towel to dry your feet when you get out of the bathroom. Hair dryers, toiletries, etc. are provided, which is very convenient. If you use a washing machine, you need to bring clips to dry clothes. Cleaning service can be provided, thank you Empress and Xiao Zhao.

Xiao Zhao, the intern, was very nice🤗I still remember that morning when I checked out and went to have breakfast, I didn't notice that a piece of clothing was missing. Xiao Zhao called and sent messages, and fortunately I rushed back to get it. He also helped with the suitcase. There is a leisure space for playing chess inside. He also left the lights on for us to play for a while at night. It was a very good experience!
