This hotel exceeded our expectations! It's right on Erhai Lake with amazing views, especially from the executive lounge – it blows all the coffee shops outside out of the water. The happy hour in the evening, while a set menu, was delicious – light, tasty, and substantial enough to be a full dinner. The spa in the executive room was also noteworthy; the massage was very thorough. Our butler, King, provided excellent service, always accommodating our requests. We stayed for two nights, and the service was fantastic from airport pickup to drop-off. When we couldn't make it to the executive lounge for dinner one night, they even packed it up and brought it to our room for us. I haven't encountered such a dedicated butler in a long time – he deserves a huge compliment! The drivers for the hotel's airport shuttle service were also very responsible. The 1799 executive package was definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel itself was very beautiful, however as its old it seems that little has been done to upkeep the hotel. Many of the shops, even the coffee place, was closed. The gym equipment is super limited barely enough for a workout. What’s mostly disappointing was the service; we always stay at Pullman but this was the only hotel that we felt the service was lacking and not welcoming. Additionally if you have takeaways they put it right at the entrance of the hotel: we ordered coffee and it was spilled due to the wind.

Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Conveniently located for attractions, taxis are readily available outside of peak hours. Service: Attentive and thorough. Felix from the concierge team was particularly proactive and enthusiastic, providing excellent and detailed travel tips.

They gave us a free room upgrade, and we could see the unobstructed Erhai Lake right from our bed. Waking up every morning to that view was pure bliss. We were also very satisfied with the cleanliness, facilities, and service (a special thanks to Ms. Soraya!). This is easily one of the top five-star hotels I've stayed at, both domestically and internationally. The gym upstairs also overlooks Erhai Lake, and it was a thoughtful touch that every treadmill had water and a towel. The rooftop bar has a great atmosphere, the cocktails were delicious, and they even gave us a 10% discount.

Before check-in, our butler Nico confirmed our room preferences in advance and reserved a high-floor room for us. We communicated directly with him for any subsequent issues. The room type was excellent, with a wide-open view. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Our second stop in Yunnan. At 1300 RMB, the post-holiday price wasn't cheap, but the hotel location was excellent. The front desk upgraded our room and gave the kids free breakfast, which was a nice touch. Standing by the large window on the 16th floor, looking out at the Cangshan mountains and Erhai Lake, really made me feel in that moment that traveling is truly worthwhile. The gym and pool were also great – you could swim while enjoying views of the mountains and sea outside. We even managed another hour of high-altitude training with the little one! Breakfast met five-star standards, and the rice noodles were delicious. I'd suggest offering a small local souvenir to guests, especially to make the kids happier.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from the pier and only about 10 kilometers from the airport. The surrounding area also has excellent amenities. They upgraded me to a lake-view room, so I could enjoy the beautiful Erhai Lake scenery right from my window. Poppy provided patient, warm, and attentive service. The Luna Bar on the 25th floor (the top floor) has amazing views and reasonable prices, perfect for a drink in the evening.

Cangshan White Tea Facilities: Excellent Hygiene: Clean Environment: Tidy Service: 5 stars It's close to Erhai Park, making transportation convenient for both the east and west routes. I recommend renting a car for easier access to the major scenic spots.

I was very satisfied! I didn't expect to get a room upgrade during the Chinese New Year, and the price was just right. The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite the pier, offering unobstructed views of Erhai Lake. The housekeeping staff were also very dedicated, and the rooftop bar was a nice touch. The only downside is that it's very windy in Dali this time of year, so we could only stay indoors.

The Pullman Dali is located in Xiaguan, right opposite Dali Port, making it convenient for boat trips. It's also close to Erhai Moon Wetland Park and surrounded by many great restaurants, so the location is excellent. The hotel's breakfast is pretty good, and at 85 RMB per person, it offers good value for money.

The location is excellent, right next to the cruise ship pier, offering a full view of Erhai Lake. It's very peaceful, and the facilities are brand new. The service is incredibly attentive, especially Angel, who goes above and beyond to accommodate every request. I also have to praise the hotel's spa; the Thai massage was truly wonderful. The 'Hidden Thai Supreme Spa' 200 RMB voucher is definitely worth experiencing! ^_^

The environment is excellent, and the transportation around is very convenient. The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room, which was clean and hygienic. Thumbs up! If I get a chance to visit Dali again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I was pleasantly surprised that Ms. Coco proactively assisted with guest needs and personalized requests even before check-in. Her efficiency was remarkable, and she even recommended local eateries, which made me feel very welcomed and at ease. Highly recommend! Finally, I'd like to commend the hotel's cleanliness and room design; both were excellent, practical, and cozy.
