Five stars- a warm welcome into a lovely curated space. The young couple take care of guests and the space makes relaxing easy. The views from the bedroom are lovely, and they’re better from the dining areas. Highly recommended hotel.

We were only able to stay there for one night due to our itinerary got changed. We wish we could stay longer due to the staff were so welcoming and accommodating with our kids who were quite noisy .
The rooms our family stayed could see panoramic view of the Erhai. Overlooking from the balcony at night you could see the illuminating fishing nets . Beautiful and unforgettable stay here. Will definitely return in the future .

Our stay was absolutely amazing! A big thank you to the friendly managers who went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. The views from our room were breathtaking, adding a special touch to our experience. I highly recommend this place to couples and families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway to recharge. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

私人泳池實際就是20cm的一個水池，而且水是非常臟的. 不存在描述的“私人泳池”.
吃飯並不方便，周邊需要自行下山之後才能找到吃飯的地方.
旁邊房間在裝修。體驗感不好
最重要的，是每個房間都挨着很近，私密性非常差.

入住第二天一早和女兒在浴缸泡澡，突然就沒有熱水了，頭髮身上全是泡沫。我們衹好轉到淋浴間嘗試，結果同樣沒有熱水。最後女兒冷得全身起雞皮疙瘩，衹能硬着頭皮用冷水沖掉。
事後，店家解釋稱第一時間來安排修理，我們理解維修需要過程，但作為消費者，在全身泡沫、無法正常洗浴的情況下，每一分鐘的等待都是非常煎熬的，特別還有年幼的孩子。
問題發生後的處理也令人難以認同。直到我主動詢問，對方才提出可申請退還280元。1400多元一晚的房價，出現基礎服務缺失，而後續的補償與應對，都未能體現出對客人體驗的重視。
經歷這次，確實不太可能再次選擇這家名宿了。以後還是會優先考慮服務更成熟的酒店，至少他們在突發狀況下，會更主動地為客人考慮，而不衹是一句簡單的對不起。

酒店安排接送我們，很貼心的在門口迎接，一進門就能聞到很好聞的花香，裝修和佈置都能看出老闆是個很有品味的人。管家很貼心介紹好吃的好玩的地方給我們，推薦我們去的飯店都很好吃，家人們很滿意。每天都有新鮮水果吃，晚上回來坐在陽台吹着小風吃點水果喝點茶非常舒服，老闆是個讀萬卷書 行萬里路的人，才能裝修和佈置的這麼好，細節上也能看出老闆的用心。 下次再去！
