Hotel were kind enough to let us do our laundry for free and gave us clothes racks to dry our clothes, which was good. Rooms were comfortable, although bed is on the floor...I guess this is a local thing? Heating was good also...this was needed at night as it got cold. Unfortunately no tea or coffee in the rooms, although water was provided. My only complaint would be that water was never hot or even warm from the shower in both rooms everyday. Tried morning and evening and no luck. Nothing worse than a cold shower on a cold morning! The hotel should fix this problem as this shouldn't happen!
