Thank you, we had a wonderful stay here so close to the Dali Ancient Town (only 1 minute away from the hotel). The hotel also organised a private tour to take my husband and I around Erhai and even helped us took lots of pretty photos when we were at Dali Santorini. The driver was very patient and recommended places to visit. The hotel room was very clean and very comfortable. They also prepared some bath salt and rose petals if I want to soak in a hot bath after a long day (and of course I did 😁🥰). The breakfast was nice, even gave us a bak chang because it was Dragon Boat Festival that day, so sweet of them. Staffs were very helpful, organised to pick us up and took us back to Dali Bullet Train station with no problem at all. It was a joy to wake up to the gorgeous view of ErHai offered by the bay window in our room, plus breakfast delivered to the door, each day. The room was clean, the hot water and water pressure were steady, and the bed was comfortable. Also really enjoyed using the tub by the window. Above all else, service was impeccable. The front desk was immensely helpful in providing advice for our plans on the day to day and very kindly helped to arrange for transport to our next stop at Lijiang. The only downsides are that it's a distance away from some of the popular tourist sites, but didi worked just fine for where we wanted to go. I believe the hotel will also help to book you a car if you need one. In all, my husband and I were really glad we chose to stay here and would be more than happy to return.
