Service: The host is friendly, nice and helpful despite the language barrier. Facilities: We got a room at ground floor which I am really grateful for as there is no lift and our luggage is heavy. The room and toilet is clean. Location: Strategic. Nearby walking distance Halal eatery, the famous HD bakery, luckin coffee, chagee, pharmacy, cheap souvenir shop, all is very near and easily accessible in 1-3min walk. Didi can't access the road to the homestay door and unable drop you off in front of the homestay itself so you need to pull your luggage and it is a 3-5 min walk (without luggage maybe 1-2 min). Unsure why no trolley during our time but i guess probably it was faulty. But the host came to pick us up at the didi drop off point, and help pull one of our luggage, however it was a cobbled street so i wish in future there will have a trolley available.

This is a nice hotel close to South Gate of Old Town. Didi cars cannot reach the hotel though so you have to drag your luggage along the unforgiving cobblestone for around 8-10mins. It is hidden in a short alleyway so it wasn't obvious. There is also no lifts to treasure you to the upper floors. Those with mobility issues beware. Nonetheless not a problem as someone will help you take the luggage upstairs. It made me feel guilty to see someone lifting my heavy luggage up 3 floors though. The room and view from the rooftop is beautiful. The location is convenient
