Guanhailou Hotel (Dalian Lvshunkou District Branch)

Very good. The room I originally booked was sold out, but the owner changed it to a bigger room without any extra charge. It was very good and quiet. You can see the salt marsh sea outside.

It's okay to make do with it.

The hotel stated that check-out should be before 2 o'clock at the latest, but when I came to check-out, I was charged half of the room rate. Moreover, it was close to the check-out time. I didn’t call to inquire. I asked for money directly before leaving. The environment was average. I ran out of hot water halfway through the shower. Please be careful.

房間設施齊全，也挺乾淨的，停車方便，空調給力，附近有很多飯店和海鮮市場，樓下就是一箇中型超市，在房間內就能看見大海，老闆很熱情，是一個挺不錯的旅店。

老闆服務態度確實很差，以後再也不會訂這個酒店，酒店設備設施完全不敢説！衞生訂了三天房間不打掃，從來沒有遇見這麼拽的，定了5天，實在憋屈得受不了在第三天退房了！到第三天早上連牙膏都沒有，口也沒有漱就退房了！又重新去找酒店！

正面臨高速公路背面是個海邊漁場一幢老舊建築裏面，確實是一家非常老的賓館，無論設備設施，房間內沒有吹風機，喝水要到過道上的水機接取，忘了拍張室內照片，因為周邊有高校，所以每年入學季送孩子是入住高峯期，所以價格也不低

衞生差除了離學校近其他都不好 老闆家有兩個孩子很吵 衞生間有味

陳舊，上樓的樓梯都沒有燈，屋裡挺乾淨，就是味道挺大，可惜好位置了
