The room is spacious, the washing machine works great, and the room service is excellent. The pool is clean, and the location is very convenient, close to Gangdong 5th Street and Venice Water Town, with Zhongshan Square not too far away either.

The location is excellent, very close to Donggang Music Fountain and Venice Water City, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel offers sea views, and there's a shopping mall downstairs. Although the price increased a bit during the holiday, overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel was clean and tidy, with a great view, and both the elderly and children enjoyed their stay. It has a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and a children's play area. Breakfast was decent, though sometimes it was too salty and other times bland. The service staff were all very nice. There's a water refill station in the lobby on the first floor, which was perfect for a refreshing cold drink after being out in the summer heat. I'd choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

Traveling with a family of five, we were kindly upgraded to a spacious suite, offering 360-degree views and an area of about 270 square meters. With four beds across three rooms, it perfectly met our needs.

I was quite satisfied with this apartment hotel. The location is very convenient, right next to Kaidan Plaza, with direct access to the mall from the fourth floor – perfect for lazy people like me. The space is also larger than the hotel I stayed at in Xinghai, as it has a living room (a one-bedroom, one-living room setup), a kitchen, a washing machine, and a refrigerator, making it ideal for longer stays. I've already recommended it to friends. My only minor issue was not knowing where to dry clothes, as there wasn't a clothesline in the bathroom. Perhaps business was booming, but housekeeping was very slow. On our second day, our room still hadn't been cleaned after 3 PM. After that, we just requested fresh toiletries and skipped the full cleaning since we were only staying two nights anyway. Also, check-out is strictly at 12 PM; they even called us at 11:50 AM to hurry up. It would have been great if we could have extended check-out until 2 PM since our flight was in the evening.

I'm not sure if it was because the hotel was fully booked and they were understaffed, but the service was lacking. There were no extra blankets available, and the one inside the duvet cover was all crumpled and unusable. The bedroom doors in both rooms wouldn't close properly, the bathroom was leaking, and there was no shampoo – just two bottles of shower gel. Maybe there were too many guests, but it was really quite chaotic.

Excellent! Compared to the Tangla Hotel Tianjin where I stayed last time, this 270-degree view room is infinitely better. The facilities are top-notch, and it comes with a complete set of kitchenware and tableware, so you can even cook! The room is spacious and bright, and very quiet inside. The location is convenient with all amenities nearby. The pool wasn't crowded, the massage chair was very comfortable, and there's even a billiards table to play on!

Great room, I recommend staying here. It's also super convenient for getting to the mall, and within a 15-minute walk, there are lots of great restaurants, fun spots, and major attractions.

Stayed for four nights with my elderly parents and child. The hygiene was excellent, everything was spotless. Breakfast was a bit simple. We only booked lunch for the second day; for the other three days, we cooked in the room. There were cooking utensils, a stove, and tableware. The Carrefour supermarket next door was convenient for buying milk, eggs, bread, and baozi. Lena Liu, who was responsible for room cleaning, was very patient. The hotel is also very close to Donggang Wharf.
