I chose Fraser Suites Dalian for my business trip this time, and it was a fantastic experience. The one-bedroom apartment had a well-designed layout, complete with all necessary appliances, and the hygiene was impeccable. There's a mall right downstairs and the subway is very close, making commuting and dining incredibly convenient. The apartment building offers a 24-hour front desk, and Archer provided excellent service. With a gym and swimming pool, it's quiet and not noisy, perfect for both work and relaxation. It's suitable for both short and long stays, making it an ideal choice for business travelers.

The service was warm and proactive, the room's bedding was comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the square. If you're driving, be aware that the hotel doesn't offer free parking; it's capped at 27 or 30 per day.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended. The hotel enjoys a great location with convenient transportation. There are supermarket and restaurants nearby, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business trips. Check‑in was fast and efficient. The front‑desk staff Eric were warm, polite and patient, ready to answer all my questions with thoughtful service. The room was spotlessly clean and well‑tidied. The bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was fully equipped with steady hot‑water supply. Good sound insulation ensured a quiet night for rest. Dalian is beautiful.I felt relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay without any unpleasant issues. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to this city！

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities you could need. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The hotel is conveniently connected to the Kadan Shopping Center on the fourth floor, offering a mouthwatering array of dining options. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for family trips.

This time I was traveling to and from Dalian North Station, and I found this hotel to be really convenient for getting there. A Didi ride takes about 20 minutes, which is smoother than going from Dalian Station before, and the train journey is much shorter with better train options. I've stayed at this hotel countless times, and it's consistently excellent.

The room is spacious, the washing machine works great, and the room service is excellent. The pool is clean, and the location is very convenient, close to Gangdong 5th Street and Venice Water Town, with Zhongshan Square not too far away either.

The location is great but this is sadly the worst Fraser Suites I have stayed in around the world. There was lots of seeds and dirt under the sofa from a previous occupant. The front desk service was not responsive, at least three times I asked them to call me back for some issue and they never did, every time I had to chase up the issue myself. With every issue I had to tell the staff what solution I expected rather than them offering to put the situation right. The breakfast room and front door/parking and cleaning staff were all nice, just the reception desk no good.

The location is excellent, very close to Donggang Music Fountain and Venice Water City, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel offers sea views, and there's a shopping mall downstairs. Although the price increased a bit during the holiday, overall, I'm very satisfied.

The hotel was clean and tidy, with a great view, and both the elderly and children enjoyed their stay. It has a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and a children's play area. Breakfast was decent, though sometimes it was too salty and other times bland. The service staff were all very nice. There's a water refill station in the lobby on the first floor, which was perfect for a refreshing cold drink after being out in the summer heat. I'd choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

Traveling with a family of five, we were kindly upgraded to a spacious suite, offering 360-degree views and an area of about 270 square meters. With four beds across three rooms, it perfectly met our needs.

I was quite satisfied with this apartment hotel. The location is very convenient, right next to Kaidan Plaza, with direct access to the mall from the fourth floor – perfect for lazy people like me. The space is also larger than the hotel I stayed at in Xinghai, as it has a living room (a one-bedroom, one-living room setup), a kitchen, a washing machine, and a refrigerator, making it ideal for longer stays. I've already recommended it to friends. My only minor issue was not knowing where to dry clothes, as there wasn't a clothesline in the bathroom. Perhaps business was booming, but housekeeping was very slow. On our second day, our room still hadn't been cleaned after 3 PM. After that, we just requested fresh toiletries and skipped the full cleaning since we were only staying two nights anyway. Also, check-out is strictly at 12 PM; they even called us at 11:50 AM to hurry up. It would have been great if we could have extended check-out until 2 PM since our flight was in the evening.

I'm not sure if it was because the hotel was fully booked and they were understaffed, but the service was lacking. There were no extra blankets available, and the one inside the duvet cover was all crumpled and unusable. The bedroom doors in both rooms wouldn't close properly, the bathroom was leaking, and there was no shampoo – just two bottles of shower gel. Maybe there were too many guests, but it was really quite chaotic.

Excellent! Compared to the Tangla Hotel Tianjin where I stayed last time, this 270-degree view room is infinitely better. The facilities are top-notch, and it comes with a complete set of kitchenware and tableware, so you can even cook! The room is spacious and bright, and very quiet inside. The location is convenient with all amenities nearby. The pool wasn't crowded, the massage chair was very comfortable, and there's even a billiards table to play on!
