One Carat City Hotel Dalian Namu

Decent hotel, very close to the beach and has great proximity to a beehive of activities.

When we arrived at the hotel, we noticed it was conveniently located in an advantageous area; near attractions, and mainly, near our friend's home. The service was really good, wit kind and cordial people, smiling and offering advice, when solicited. The breakfast/lunch/dining area was magnificent, because of the friendly service, the low-cost, the careful attentions, and the cool people that frequent this place. It is calm, joyful, friendly , and we get to know more of the area. The wide variety of foods, is super-practical, balanced, and tasty. I enjoyed the dumplings, wonton soup, beef noodles, and a lot of ice cream!!

all i can say is they did their best. I 'm not sure if they had any foreign visitors before because it took them two separate times to try to check us in. In total that took about forty minutes. The lounge and whole hotel was clean and modernized but it was a little smoky and the smell of smoke in the hotel was apparent. The staff were friendly enough, but inefficient and, again, we must have been the first foreign visitors here, otherwise why did it take so long to organize the passport data. The first issue was that their camera wasn't working, then later a senior manager got things finished. At least it was modern and comfy.
