Furama Hotel Dalian

Great location and a classic five-star hotel at a good price. The room service staff, Li Xiuzhen, Wang Jiaqiu, Liu Yanyan, and Geng Zhijun, were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. I was on vacation in Dalian with my mom.

During my stay, I wasn't feeling very well. The housekeeping department, upon learning of this, promptly arranged for staff members Geng Zhijun, Xu Peilan, Wang Huiqiu, and Li Xiuzhen, who were on duty for two days, to provide exceptional care and concern. This made me feel the warmth of Furama, a home away from home. The breakfast was as rich and varied as always. Manager Bao from the restaurant, after inquiring about my well-being, brought me a cup of hot water, showcasing five-star detailed service. I will definitely choose Furama again when I visit Dalian.

While the facilities might be slightly older compared to newer hotels, as an established five-star, the service is virtually impeccable. The room cleaning is thorough, the staff are warm and proactive, and the hotel boasts a unique location and exquisite dining. It's my top choice for both business and leisure trips to Dalian.

The room matched the description perfectly, and the location was excellent with many attractions nearby. There's even a shopping mall right downstairs, complete with luxury shops and a snack street, catering to all kinds of needs. The breakfast was also very rich. My only minor complaint is that the pool was too small and didn't really fit the hotel's scale; I suggest improvements there. Otherwise, everything else was great and it's definitely worth staying here.

An established star-rated hotel that's clean and aesthetically pleasing. The location is also convenient. I'd definitely go again. The breakfast is a highlight, highly recommend!

The location is great, very close to Zhongshan Square, and you can walk to all the popular Instagrammable spots there. It's also easy to walk to other nearby areas, and transportation is very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants around, and a pleasant surprise was finding a market right next door. The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean, and the service was excellent.

The location is excellent, right in the city center with plenty of hustle and bustle nearby. The cleanliness is good. The facilities are a bit old, but well-maintained. The hairdryer, though, definitely needs an upgrade. The front desk staff's efficiency is quite low, and their attitude could use some improvement.
