The hotel rooms are great after the renovation, with smart toilets, intelligent controls, and clean, comfortable linens and pillows. The front desk staff are warm and attentive! The location is convenient with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby!

Extremely satisfied with this trip! The city center was bustling and the night view was lovely. Everything was great, the facilities and services were comprehensive and excellent. The hygiene was also very good, clean and tidy. The food was delicious too! I'll definitely come back again!

The room was spotless and very comfortable! The front desk service, in particular, was excellent. We felt cold at night and they even brought us a portable heater! It was a truly value-for-money stay. The only minor drawback was that the curtains didn't block out the light very well.

The room facilities were run-down, and the carpet was absolutely filthy. Ashtrays were standard, and there was a distinct smell of smoke in the room. The curtains weren't blackout; they were too short and poorly fitted, so they couldn't be closed properly, letting light stream in all night. On top of that, the windows offered no sound insulation, making it impossible to sleep. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it for family trips, though it might be acceptable for business travelers. I didn't take any photos.

While the exterior looks a bit dated, the bathroom has clearly been renovated. The shower was a highlight, with excellent water pressure for a truly refreshing experience. I also really appreciated the separate toilet, vanity, and shower area, which meant no queuing or crowding in the mornings. In the family room, the beds could be pushed together to create one giant sleeping space, which the kids absolutely loved.

The hotel is quite tall; we stayed on roughly the 20th floor, conveniently located right by Zhongshan Square. There's a fantastic variety of food right downstairs, including a lively night market in the evenings and plenty of street food stalls. It's also a decent walk or short drive to the beach, and the price was very reasonable. The breakfast spread was excellent, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes. Extremely convenient for getting around. Good value for money. A key feature was the small sofa in the room. For a party of three, it could easily serve as an extra bed for an adult, saving the need for a rollaway. The toilet was electric, complete with a bidet function. While the facilities are a bit dated and old-fashioned, they are still decent and largely functional. The hotel was very quiet and offered a nice city view. You could even catch a glimpse of the sea.

This is a long-standing, standard 4-star hotel. Its location is excellent, being close to both the beach and Democracy Square, which makes getting around, exploring, and dining incredibly convenient. There's even a tram stop nearby. The facilities are well-maintained and very clean, and the service was genuinely warm and friendly. However, my biggest complaint is the extreme price volatility. We paid just over 600 per room for the first two nights, but when we tried to extend our stay, there were no rooms available, and the price for similar rooms had skyrocketed to over 1500. This forced us to find another hotel. So, I'd say my overall satisfaction was only moderate, but I'm giving it a good rating out of habit, haha!

Despite being an older hotel, the sound insulation is excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway, and the room was very quiet. The shower drained quickly, and all facilities were perfectly adequate for our needs. Our room was cleaned daily. What was particularly thoughtful was that they waited until after 6 PM to clean, understanding that we often rested in the hotel during the afternoon. The location is fantastic! It's within walking distance of Zhongshan Square, Liu Laogen Grand Stage, and the Russian Style Street. The nearest subway station is also just a 6-7 minute walk away. Plus, there are tons of restaurants right downstairs, which is super convenient. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile, and housekeeping was diligent and responsible. The security guards who helped us with parking were incredibly warm and patient, even offering to hold umbrellas for us on rainy days. It's truly evident that they genuinely care about their guests. All in all, a fantastic experience.

This 4-star hotel, operated by Dalian Shipbuilding, offers professional and enthusiastic service. While the facilities aren't the absolute newest, they are impeccably clean and well-maintained. Its prime location is incredibly convenient for exploring. The breakfast spread is generous, and the hot water pressure is excellent. This time, I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a superior business room, which even featured a smart toilet. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit. Keep up the great work, Dalian!

The hotel's location is excellent, situated near Democracy Square. It offers convenient bus access and is just two stops away from Dalian Railway Station. Popular attractions like Friendship Square, Venice Water City, and Russian Style Street are all within close proximity. The front desk service was friendly, attentive, and warm, which contributed to a great experience. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Both check-in and check-out processes were handled promptly.

We booked a family suite, and the service was excellent. Despite the hotel showing its age, its service and the overall guest experience were fantastic. The location is superb, right at People's Square, and it's about a 10-minute walk from Zhongshan Square Metro Station. We walked to Donggang, which took roughly 30 minutes; if you're traveling with children, I'd definitely recommend taking a taxi. There are plenty of dining options to suit all budgets around the hotel, which is very convenient.
