The environment and hygiene are both good, and it has a private courtyard. It's also conveniently located.

Very close to Dalian Station. Turn left out of the apartment building and the Metro Line 2 entrance is just over 100 meters away. Downstairs, there are restaurants, bubble tea shops, and a mall – super convenient! The owner is very nice and quickly resolved any issues. Highly recommended! 👍

The water situation was really inconvenient; the room facilities were outdated, and we had to go to the service room every day to get water. The shower drain was also a problem – after a short while, we'd have to wait for the water to go down. Overall, not a good experience. On the plus side, it's very convenient to take Metro Line 2.

The room was spacious and comfortable for four people, and we stayed for four nights. The facilities were quite complete, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable towels, and a washing machine. I also liked that the shower area was separated from the rest of the bathroom. The location was convenient and not far from the subway station. However, there was no bath mat provided. The biggest problem was the very strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. I contacted the staff via WeChat, but I did not receive a response. However, the staff did come to the room and made some initial adjustments. The smell became slightly better, but it was still noticeable throughout our stay. I suspect the smell may have been coming from the floor drain in the shower area. After the staff made the adjustment, the water also did not drain properly, causing water to accumulate on the shower floor. Overall, the room itself was spacious and well-equipped, but the strong bathroom odor and drainage problem significantly affected our stay. I hope the management can properly inspect and fix the bathroom drainage system for future guests

The room is very large and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. Other aspects like cleanliness and service are pretty average and up to standard. Overall, it's a decent, reasonable place for the price.

I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dalian. It's conveniently located right outside Dalian Station. Shenzhou Car Rental is right next door, and Kaisa Plaza is also nearby, featuring a supermarket and a Sichuan restaurant on the third floor. The room was exceptionally spacious and spotless, and the in-room washing machine and refrigerator were incredibly convenient.

This serviced apartment is ideally located and easy to find, just about 200 meters from the subway station and very close to the train station. The only drawback is that dining options in the immediate area are limited. While the apartment rooms are a bit dated, they are quite clean and comfortable. I would personally recommend it.

The hotel boasts a superb location. It's just a few minutes' walk from Dalian Station South Square, and very close to both the subway and bus stops. Getting to attractions by taxi is also incredibly convenient, with most rides costing under 20 RMB. I originally planned to stay for one night, but ended up extending my stay for another day.

The room was excellent, well-appointed, and even came with a sea view. It's just a 2-minute walk to the subway station, and there's a supermarket and plenty of restaurants conveniently located right downstairs. The convenience is unbeatable! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
