Love Holiday Hotel (Dalian Zhongshan Square Railway Station) Reviews

This is the worst place I've ever stayed. I can't even believe it – the smell was awful! There's only one service elevator, and even delivery people didn't want to use it. The furniture looked like antiques. This was my most disappointing stay in years.

As we had arrived on a wet morning our impression of Dalian & the Love Holiday Hotel wasn’t great. It was too near to grab a Didi but trudging through puddles wasn’t fun either. The room seemed to be a repurposed studio with separate shower & toilet. There was even a washing machine & a stove of some kind. Not sure they were functional though. We liked that the room was quite spacious, everything was in its place & though the view from the window wasn’t too spectacular at least we could breathe in some fresh air. It’s located in a housing estate so there are several eateries around. I’m sure I would have loved this hotel if the weather had been more clement!

This hotel is not suitable for foreigners. By right it should not be named as a hotel. It is actually a homestay apartment. It took me an hour to locate this hotel as there is no sign board available. Besides this hotel is nested in another hotel sharing the same building. The hotel reception is on 21 floor. It is impossible to get to the reception as card access is required. The only means is to phone them and request them to fetch you at ground floor. The passage way at the ground floor stinks. The room is well decorate but toilet/bath looks rundown. Amenities provided are just basic.

Convenient location, easy to get around. It is very near Zhongshan square and the Zhongshan square metro station. Lots of restaurants and shopping places in front of the hotel.

Excellent location and service. The management is very friendly and helpful. They even managed a room heater for us. Recommended for everyone.

The location in Dalian is amazing! Just a few minutes' walk to Zhongshan Square subway station, super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the host was warm and attentive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian!

The hotel is located on the 17th floor, offering a wide view. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped with a sofa, coffee table, and large projector. The bathroom even had a separate shower and toilet. The landlady was incredibly welcoming, readily answering all my travel-related questions. Upon check-out, she even wished me a safe finish to the marathon, which touched me deeply!

The guesthouse is located in downtown Dalian, just minutes from the subway station, and surrounded by many restaurants, making it convenient for dining and transportation. Because of a gathering with friends, we didn't check in until after 9 PM. The owner sent a detailed address and a video map, and we checked in smoothly. Due to personal reasons, I couldn't connect to the WiFi, but after communicating with the owner, they arranged for someone to connect to the internet in my room. I was very satisfied with the owner's service and the room's cleanliness and furnishings – thumbs up!

Very good. Walk 2-3 minutes to Zhongshan Square Subway Station. It is in a very central location, surrounded by banks, friendship stores, hotels, and various restaurants, which is convenient. Walk more than ten minutes along Lu Xun Road to Sanba Square for more choices of food and drink. In a hotel/apartment building. The room is big and comfortable. You can see far away without feeling oppressive. Ctrip offers various discounts for 82 yuan a night, which is very affordable.

The hotel is so pretty and clean!! It was exactly like the one in the picture, the price was cheap, and it was great. However, I went at night and was confused because there was no staff at the desk, but when I called, a staff member came and took me. He was so kind!! I think I will use it again if I have the chance next time!!

I stayed for 3 days. I am satisfied with everything including the location, bedding, etc. The owner is also friendly.

Hygiene: There was a stain and a hole in the bed sheet. It felt like it hadn't been replaced at all. Environment: The elevator was terrifying; there was practically no environment to speak of. Facilities: Very old and worn. Service: Almost no service. But then again, what more can you expect at this price?
