- The bed was very comfortable, and the room was in excellent condition and felt quite new. Soundproofing was not perfect, but it wasn't noisy or disruptive. The hotel is well-suited for long stays, as there are washing machines and dryers available on the ground floor. - My family and I stayed for 10 days and were very impressed. Since we were traveling as a large group, I requested rooms close to each other, and the hotel accommodated our request. - The location is convenient. We mostly used Didi for transportation. There are several restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores within walking distance, and it's not far from shopping malls. - Security guards are present, which made us feel safe and secure.

I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel and was glad I chose Hanting. The hotel was more modern than some Hantings, and the room was a good size with a real working desk - which I needed. It was a feature that many more expensive hotels in China sometimes lack. The room could have had a fan inside the ventilation system for the room to clear smoke drifting in from the hallway. Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise, although some dishes had gone cold. Staff members both in the restaurant, and at the front desk were very kind and we overcame language barriers. Convenient location, subway, tram 202, bus station all are nearby. The front desk lady staff who received us is very cute and polite. She is really dedicated to her work and tries her best to make guests' stay most comfortable. Houskeeping staffs are also very nice. Breakfast was good, I guess could have been better. I booked a city view room but didn't get it, i didn't ask to change because we checked in early.

Rooms are very spacious and nice, located just opposite to the merlinhood hotel.

There is a strong smell of new furniture. Changed room 3 times, same smell. Felt nauseous.

The stay was extremely poor, with several unbearable issues: 1. The room window directly faces the other room, offering a clear view of the other room's TV, completely compromising privacy and making the stay very awkward; 2. The room's TV remote was malfunctioning, failing to respond to repeated presses and rendering it completely unusable.

This Hanting Youjia Hotel has a pillow selection area right at the entrance, a hot water dispenser in the lobby, and various snacks, hand warmers, steam eye masks, and earplugs at the front desk – the front desk service is very thoughtful! There's even a robot that can deliver things to your room! [Thumbs up]

This was my second stay. The front desk service was friendly, and there was a bathhouse, a small supermarket, and coffee shops like Luckin Coffee and Kudi Coffee next door. There were also free laundry facilities in the lobby during my stay. The room service and overall facilities were quite good.

The hotel environment is great, the front desk staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service, and the room is also nice. It's very close to Qixianling subway station, and Wanda Plaza is within walking distance. There are also many good restaurants nearby.

We had a very comfortable stay at the pet-friendly hotel with our dog. We hope they will offer more pet-friendly options.

The facilities are old and outdated; the shower water temperature fluctuates; the rooms near the restaurant are noisy; parking is inconvenient, requiring staff to be contacted for entry and exit; overall, the experience was mediocre.

I have stayed at this Hanting Hotel at least ten times. This time was really disappointing. When checking in, I repeatedly emphasized that I wanted to stay in a quiet place, but it was already midnight. The sound of the elevator. It keeps coming one after another. It's really unbearable. This heart can't take it. I asked the front desk to give me a quiet room. The result is left to us to choose. I haven't lived there either. Really angry

The attitude of the front desk staff was really great. They upgraded us to a room with an outdoor view. The ventilation and view were very good. The room was also clean and the breakfast was delicious. Basically everything. I will choose this store again next time I come. Yes, recommend it to everyone! !!
