It was a very satisfying stay. The hotel’s location is excellent. There is a large supermarket and a department store within walking distance, and a night market right next to the hotel. It is conveniently located in the center of Dalian, making it easy to reach the city’s major tourist attractions. The service was also outstanding. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to requests. I also liked that the room had a transparent refrigerator, and it was convenient to have multiple outlets available for charging my phone. Highly recommended.

The hotel is old, the daily cleaning is minimalist. I was upgraded to a bigger room but I do not really see any advantage of this. The bathroom was ludicrously small compared to the size of the room. Besides, the room is at 11th floor, which is the same floor as the restaurant and the kitchen, and there is smells from the kitchen almost all day long. One day, there was no electricity in the rooms of the floor. Instead of notifying clients in advance, the staff just waited at the reception desk for people to come and complain, and they do not offer any solution, nor reassuring words. We just ran away from this hotel. Last but not least, avoid the massage salon of the hotel. The service is provided by an amateur and is quite expensive.

The location is very convenient and within walking distance of many tourist attractions and food streets. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We got a free plate of fruits on our first day, and when we checked out, we were given a little goodie bag full of snacks. The water pressure of the shower head is heavenly. It's the best shower head I have ever used in my entire life. It's amazing!!!!

Room is spacious and very comfortable. There a mini fridge and sofa couch. Great city view and very quiet also. Hotel breakfast is good. Almost packed every morning. At the reception there also free tea/coffee and fruits/biscuits. Staff at reception is courteous and friendly. Very convenient to everywhere. Great value for money. Will stayed here again

The hotel location is perfect. It's right next to major department stores, the Labor Park, Dalian Railway Station, and metro stations. There is a food street to its right side with a lot of stalls and a variety of yummy food. The hotel room is very large and clean. The staff is very friendly. Service is good too. Will stay again next time in Dalian

There was noise from the floor above our room until 1.00 in the morning. The service desk assured use that it would not happen again because the next guests were pensioners. This was not true the same noise continued the next night. We will not use this hotel again

The front desk workers were very kind and eager to help the customer at their all will. The location is very good, close to the city center, Shenyang railway station and many tourist attractons. The room was very spatious and clean; and variety of amenities were provided. Breakfast at 11th floor was also excellent, with a variety of food options and clean ambience. Very satisfied overall, and I am willing to stay here again when visiting Dalian.

This is a wonderful hotel located round the corner from the metro station and slap bang in the middle of the many malls and food outlets. As such, it's in a great location for tourists and visitors to this wonderful city. The hotel is big and spacious. The typical room is very very large compared to the average hotel, and the price is very cheap, representing excellent value for money. For anyone visiting downtown, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all professional and courteous and the whole experience of staying at such nice hotels made my trip to China all the more memorable.
