That's terrible.
1. The waiter had a very bad attitude and told us that if we needed anything, we had to go to the front desk to get it. The front desk was on the 4th floor, and our room was on the 17th floor.
2. When I was looking for the room with the room card, I came out of the elevator on the 17th floor. The corridor was pitch black and I couldn’t see my hand in front of me. As shown in Figure 1.
3. After finding the room, I swiped my card and the door lock made a sound, but it didn't open! I tried several times but couldn't open it. I called the front desk and they told me to try this first and then that, but it still wouldn't open. After struggling for about ten minutes, I finally opened it. As shown in Figure 2.

The location of the hotel has convenient transportation. The service provided by the lady at the front desk was very good. The cleaning lady was very nice. She would ask us when it was convenient for us to come and clean the place, replenish daily supplies, and keep the place very clean.
