Very clean, and they even provide disposable bathtub liners and bath bombs, which is a really nice touch. The environment is great, and the room is spacious and comfortable. Seriously good value for money! The ladies at the front desk are all fantastic.

The bed is soft and comfortable, the price is affordable, and the taste is good. The breakfast is delicious and there is a buffet. There are also à la carte leek boxes, glutinous rice red bean cakes, and pumpkin millet porridge. They are delicious, cheap, clean, and a very good experience.

We were here with our child for a competition, and this was the designated hotel. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and promptly upgraded us to a suite. After checking in, we found there were no children's slippers or toiletries in the room, so we had to call to have them delivered. Later that evening, when my child wanted to take a bath, we discovered some curly hair on the bath salts – it was quite unappealing, and we had to ask for them to be replaced. We also ended up receiving children's toothbrushes four times, delivered by a combination of three staff members and a robot. To top it off, the comb packaging was empty. Admittedly, the staff's attitude was consistently excellent, and the facilities met five-star standards, with free parking for guests. Despite these inconveniences, I still rated it five stars, understanding that running a hotel is no easy feat. I would suggest the hotel improve its hygiene and attention to detail to provide guests with an even better experience.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the sea, and we had an ocean view from our room. The room was well-equipped, the bedding was comfortable, and the TV was huge. It even had a bathtub! The large windows made the room feel bright and airy. The lobby offered complimentary snacks and coffee, and the room also came with free drinks, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful; they even offered us tea during check-in. I highly recommend this place!

We came to this area of the city for just one day and stayed at this hotel because of its convenient location. The staff is very friendly and polite, we were immediately offered a hot drink because it was very cold outside. The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is varied.

Facilities: All are old and outdated. The lobby is like an ice cellar. The service staff are all wearing down jackets. The air conditioning in the room is not very effective. I dare not take off my down pants to sleep. I have to endure this. I went downstairs to eat, and had to go out for an exam in the morning. I went back to my room to go to the bathroom, but the door lock wouldn't open. The day before, the door kept making noises, which sounded the alarm and reminded them that the battery in the door lock needed to be replaced. Only the retaining spring was inspected, the battery was not replaced. They came to repair it again this morning, which delayed our access to the room and forced us to sprint a 100-meter race to the test site. The examination supplies and admission ticket are still in the room. I have been having knee injuries and have been forced to run. The management is too strict and detailed. The toilet in the bathroom is still running. I don't know what to do. Don’t you do ward rounds on a regular basis? If the cleaning is not seen, will it not be reported? The door lock has already sounded an alarm, so why not have it overhauled?

My stay here was really pleasant. The front desk staff, especially the young man who checked me in, was incredibly helpful and attentive, leaving a great impression. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a very restful sleep. The location is convenient, and parking was easy. The hotel environment was quiet and peaceful, without any disturbances. The price was reasonable, making it perfect for a short stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Jinpu.
