We did not have chairs in our room. The hallway smelled like old lasagna the whole 4 days we were there. The refrigerator was not very cold. Noise from stairwell was loud in our room. TV in a room didn't work. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The location was nice and safely away from the highway. The beds were cozy. Thermostat was good.

Nobody was at the desk for a very long time. I had to call the front desk from my cellphone for the attendant to come out of I don't know where. NO APOLOGIES AT ALL!!! She acted like all was normal. No usage of "PLEASE and THANK YOU." No smile whatsoever, so I am not sure how she was trained to welcome people but very far from my expectations.

room itself was clean and smelt good, but it was not cleaned once my whole stay. The whole hotel (apart from my room) smelled musty, like chinese food, but i knew there was no chinese food.

I want to be really honest about this property. I’m so conflicted because on one hand, the property is dated, but they still maintain some aspects well. Pound for pound, the price is crazy reasonable. This is the cleanest smelling hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms have some things that are sooooo dated. The fixtures in the bathroom are all rusted. The toilet seat, loose and moved around. The desk didn’t have a chair but the cuck chair worked. The room was very clean. The bed, not super comfortable. But, again, pound for pound it was a deal. The worst part was the place had a large homeless population right behind it. The milling around and begging was annoying and they have trashed it up. The highway noise is a factor but still a good deal!
