Terrible. The only good thing about this place is its location. The room facilities are incredibly old and run-down. I can understand not having toothbrushes or slippers, but not even a single bottle of water for over $200 a night? What's even worse is that the showerhead came right off when I tried to use it, and there was no one at the front desk at night, so I couldn't even take a shower. Absolutely speechless.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is that the sheets always had a strange smell, possibly a musty odor from the duvet not being changed often. It wasn't a huge deal since I was sleeping with a sheet in between, so overall it was still acceptable.

Good value for money with comfortable spacious room. Hotel is well located with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Breakfast buffet options are limited but decent quality with good coffee. The gym is basic but good enough for a decent workout with weights and cardio machines

Excellent service.

Great location. Comfortable beds. I was expecting house cleaning to come while we were out, but they didn't. I asked for new towels, but they didn't come, and had to ask again. They finally came after 5 hours. Other than that, great experience!

Located in the central area, about 10 minutes walk from AKard station (Orange/Green/Red), three blocks away. There are abundant food, drink and entertainment resources around, and the lobby/restaurant/room are all spacious and bright

The breakfast is very good, the elevator is fast, the room is big, the location is very close to the main attractions, valet parking costs 51 mg, although it is expensive, it saves a lot of time, the room price is great value, this price beats the motel, yesterday I stayed at the Best Western, it was terrible , I will definitely not go there again, it’s such a good deal to come to Hampton

The hotel is right in the city center, very close to the famous attraction Giant Eye. The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is spacious, clean and tidy. It is a great experience
