"We stayed for 2 nights-it’s was last minute and bank holiday weekend so by chance found this place. We were in suite 5-double bedroom and then a separate twin room. We took our 2 daughters so they had the twin, we had the double. Beautifully spotless throughout and had everything you need. Owners really friendly and helpful, very welcoming. We were skiing at Glencoe which was a 40 minute drive-a very scenic drive. Nice setting and places to eat very nearby as well as a local shop for the essentials. Would recommend and will be returning. The only, tiny moan I would have it that we would have preferred a bigger bed (perhaps a king size) but that will not stop us staying there again. Great value for money!"

"Staff asked us to move rooms twice to accommodate their issues. First we were told the fire alarm was faulty and had to move and then the shower in our 2nd room didn't drain properly and flooded the bathroom. Not even worth it considering I used a voucher that covered 2/3 of the price. Avoid."

"This was our second visit to the Inn's Garden Suites and our third visit to the restaurant, which speaks for itself. The suites are modern, well-equipped and comfortable. We used the double room and the bed settee, which was easy to assemble and comfortable. The suite was spotless. The view over the loch was a bonus. We were there for hillwalking and the weather was excellent, but when we were in the area last year and the weather was bad we found plenty to do, including visits to Oban, Kilchurn Castle and Inveraray. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. You can book at the Ben Cruachan Inn with confidence."
