Booked for one night before an early flight home. Normally stay in the other Mercure in city centre but had a hire car this time. Hotel right beside main A4 motorway in an industrial area so you need a car. Room was very hot so we asked reception to turn the heating off as we couldn’t control it from inside the room. Couldn’t keep window open as it was too noisy and below our window was an outside area where other guest were smoking. Hotel fine for overnight before flight but if I were a tourist visiting the gorgeous city of Bergamo I would stay in the city centre.

Professional staff who speak multiple languages. I booked in due to late flight, airport shuttle service was brilliant, felt safe and breakfast was decent

The hotel is near the airport, about 7 km. The breakfast is not very rich, but is ok. The room is clean and quite big.

Great place to stay because the renovation and whole place is very clean and new. Only problem is the location. It’s 15 minutes away from the airport by car and we paid 25 euros for the taxi.
Other than that the room was really nice and front desk receptionist was very helpful.

I booked the hotel's room at a very late time due to a missed flight and it turned out to be a good choice.
The staff have been very corteous and attentive throughout and they also arranged a taxi pick up the following day.The taxi driver turned out on time and the ride to the BGY airport took about 20 minutes.
I did not check all the facilities but I had dinner at the on site restaurant and breakfast too.Nothing special but good price/quality. I do not think there is much around the hotel (I did not go out though, but being located along the motorway side support my thoughts) but it is really good for a short layover if needed.
The room was clean,the bed was comfy.
No toiletteries in bathroom
