Cost-effective, clean room, large area, complete facilities. It should be regarded as a relatively good hotel in the local area, and it is recommended to stay. The service environment is cost-effective.

The location is in an industrial park, a little out of the way. The only way to get around is by taxi, Uber or. Careem is fine. The room is not as big as in Dubai, and the price is slightly higher than in Dubai.

We had our anniversary celebration to there restaurant FAYROUZ LEBANESE ...we had a sumptuous buffet lunch!!!the ambiance is nice,,,the staff are so accommodating they serve well,we will definitely go back and recommend this restaurant 😃😊🥰

The services were up to the mark while the accommodations system appeared to be one of the bests. The hotel is always crowded with visitors and most of them are tourists from different countries. The environment is friendly and warm and the treatment as a guest or as an individual is adorable indeed. Staying at the hotel was truly relaxing for me.

The hotel is cozy and very clean. The staff assure making your stay a marvelous unforgettable one; Sultan at the reception, Prabah and Chandan at the Ma plaisir restaurant Abdul rahman at the coffee stand but especially Mr Hassan Aboushanab hospitality was tremendous. The breakfast open buffet is a mixture of oriental and continental food with great varieties, the dinner varieties were exquisite. Parking is present. I even found a salon at the back of the hotel. The R floor contains a closed safe pool, Gym and spa. I really recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dammam as it is easily accessible by Uber or taxis and there are mall nearby.

A wonderful place to stay amongst the many choices in Dammam. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly (not always a given in KSA, where tourism is new and often hotel staff are unfamiliar with foreign tourists) and the room was outstanding. We weren't expecting an equipped kitchen and a sofa! Wifi was excellent, and both the pool and sauna were wonderful. The stand-out feature for us was the breakfast, which surpassed all expectations - and is one of the reasons we would certainly return to this hotel on our next visit to Dammam.

The overall environment is pretty good But this time I don’t know whether the hotel communicated your problem internally or what the reason was. My order included breakfast and dinner. On the first day I went there, there was no record in the restaurant. I had to call the front desk to confirm. The next day I went for dinner. I had already reported my room number before the meal, but when I left after eating, the restaurant staff chased me out and asked me if I had paid! ?

Had a very relaxing 30 minute back massage by Betty, peaceful surroundings and lovely staff, well priced and I highly recommend a visit while at the Naviti Resort. I most likely be returning before my time over.
