such amazing hotel and service, the only comment that we have a corporate meeting that coordinated between the hotel and our company . and we have extra guest so it was so stressing that they asked to pay for the extras on time where sometimes we dont have enough cash or limits in our personal credit card they must have away to get preautherization or online payments to facilitate this process specially we are at the weekend.

We are happy to stay in kempinski hotel. All people are so friendly! I want to thanks Maria almutairi and lubna and Mohammed, they are helpful. It’s our first time come here, they are patient to reply our questions. We will stay at the same hotel next time!

The hotel is very grand and the service is very thoughtful. The service of foreign hotels is really good. It is not very close to the airport, but the airport in Dammam is in the suburbs. The hotel is not in the city center.
