Small hotel in town, the atmosphere is warm. I am not a fan of hotels where the rooms are open to the outside, but this hotel honestly makes my opinion more positive.

Requested early check-in which was granted. Room was damp and cold. Older looking hotel with basic rooms. Only one bath towel each - no hand towels, no Kleenex and minimum toilet paper. Two small single beds which had clean bed linens. Internet is OK. Coffee kettle with coffee and tea available in room. Flat screen TV with only French speaking stations. Pet friendly.

We reserved two rooms for one night in early June 2023. Overall, the stay was good. The rooms are clean. The rooms are motel-style. The breakfast buffet was good. And the rooms were very affordable. We chose this location because it is relatively close to the Chateau Vaux Le Vicomte (which I highly recommend).

The staff is incredibly friendly and accomadating, which is the best part of the hotel. While we were walking towards the room, we noticed all the doors were wide open. Upon entering the room, we understood why. The room was incredibly nasty, it smelled like years of accumulated old sweat. I seriously doubt the hygiene of the hotel. The shutters only went down halfway, which was quite annoying because during the night time, there is a bright orange light directly in front of your window. Our room was one of the few that had that problem though. The airconditioning worked, albeit a bit loud. I would definitely recommend to spend a little bit more on a better room.

The hotel forgot to send me the entry code to the room either by email or text and left no functioning number to call. As a consequence, slept in the car. Hotel management not particularly sympathetic. Avoid them and use B&B instead which is more professional.

Pour 49€ la nuit, le rapport qualité / prix est bon. Chambre petite mais grand lit 160x200 confortable. Salle de bain propre et de taille correcte. Environnement calme. Parking fermé la nuit (digicode). Quartier moyen (à 5 minutes de grandes barres d'immeubles). Bien pour une nuit d'étape à moindre frais.

Solides Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal! Parkplatz gratis. Das Zimmer ist einfach, und vorallem das Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber sauber. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Restaurant + Frühstück sind gut. Ingesamt ok - für €89 die Nacht ist die Preis/Leistung nicht ganz ideal.
