The room is OK, although a little small, but it has all the basic amenities. It is not far from the subway station, about 1.2 kilometers, about 16 minutes' walk. The surrounding environment is like in the countryside, relatively comfortable and the air is OK.

The rooms are small and smelly, the bathroom is tiny, there is no air conditioning, the area is not the best and I saw a sewer rat happily running around the parking lot in broad daylight... Cheap should not be synonymous with dirty!!!
