"We had a fantastic time here. The owners were super lovely, very chatty and helpful with everything we needed. They made us a delicious breakfast and dinner each day, all with ingredients grown in their garden. They even packed us a much needed lunch when we told them we were going out hiking for the day. The house was also beautiful, with fantastic views over the valley from the rooftop. It's in a great location, in the picturesque village of Zhonglu, and it was surrounded by a ton of wildlife and birds. They even did our laundry for us. This was definitely a highlight of our trip and couldn't recommend it more!"

"We stayed overnight in Danba and the hotel was OK. The girl on reception was friendly and helpful. The room had clumps of black hair on the floor, the glass to drink water had stains on it and the corridors felt dirty. The parking was fine but the breakfast was beyond disappointing. We went at 0710 and there was literally nothing apart from steamed buns. The water was empty the milk was empty, there was nothing else available. For 1 night it's fine."
