"This resort is in the best location but upkeep is extremely poor. The whole resort is very ill-maintained and dirty. The common areas, corridors, seating areas in the building and near the river, dinning areas are really horribly maintained and dirty. The area smells of rotten food everywhere. Food is terrible. Many of us in our group had food poisoning. We were a big group. The dining room is very dirty and full of flies and cockroaches. I had given this feedback to the resort manager. He acknowledged and said he will try to make it better for future. The only thing good in the resort was white water rafting and some adventure activities."
