衞生極差，花灑跟10年沒擦過一樣。上個客人用過的一次性用品袋子還在桌上，新的也沒補。捲紙也是上個客人用剩下的。跟前台反應了，給我換了一間房，離譜的是，這個房間花灑還是10年沒擦過的樣子。問題還是沒解決，也不想折騰了，夜裡也沒敢洗澡，這個花灑開關，你們自己敢用嗎？真不知道有的評論説衞生乾淨的，是刷的評論吧！

這次出差到丹鳳，店就在中心街上，入住這家酒店體驗感超級好。停車方便，前台和老闆很熱情，服務很貼心，辦理入住效率高，房間乾淨整潔，安靜舒適，整晚上睡眠很踏實，周圍吃飯、購物也方便，是我在丹鳳住過最滿意的一家店了，下次出差還來住！

非常糟糕的入住 首先前台工作人員的服務態度冷漠無情，不僅缺乏主動性，而且對客人的問題回答含糊不清，絲毫不給人安心感。其次，酒店的衞生狀況令人堪憂。房間的衞生情況簡直令人難以置信，床單和毛巾上面有明顯的污漬，地板上也滿是灰塵和雜物。廁所更是令人作嘔，不僅有異味，還發現了臟污堆積的痕跡。這樣骯臟的環境，讓人無法入眠，且極易引發健康問題。
