JI Hotel (Suzhou Dangshan Wandaguangchang)

Excellent. Very satisfied with the room stay. I liked it. The front desk staff were very welcoming.

Facilities: Very new, quiet, and the air conditioning is great. We moved here overnight from another hotel, and even called ahead to inquire about the facilities. We found it to be excellent value for money! ❤️ Cleanliness: Very clean. They proactively clean every day, and the room was spotless when we came back from our trip. 👍 Service: The service is really good. They came immediately after we called, haha. I'll definitely stay here again next time I go home!

Unbelievably bad. They wouldn't let me check in at 11 AM, not because there were no rooms available, but because they suggested I sign up for a Huazhu membership to get a room; otherwise, I'd have to check in after 2 PM. Absolutely an unfair contract. Even if the hotel was fully booked, the problem is that in this small town, they wouldn't give me a room even though it wasn't fully booked. The room smelled terrible, the towels were filthy, and the soundproofing was awful. Hotels in small towns don't care about reputation; they just want to rip you off. The question is, didn't Huazhu consider its own brand when choosing owners like this? Are they just going to put their names on the property if they have the money? This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The front desk service was a complete mess; it took me longer to check in than at a resort hotel.

The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, located in a bustling area of ​​Dangshan County, next to Wanda Plaza, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. There are plenty of underground parking spaces, and the service is warm and welcoming.

There was a layer of dust on the room floor 😓, and there was a noticeable smell in the hallway as soon as you entered the building. The facilities were relatively new, and the service was fairly friendly, but the breakfast was just average (I suggest eating steamed buns outside in the morning). I feel there's room for improvement.
