Cambria Hotel Ft Lauderdale, Airport South & Cruise Port

My room was dirty and only the bed was made. When asked to have the room cleaned or move to a new room the hotel was booked up and the room service had left for the day. They came the next morning after 9am to clean. Horrible experience tbh. Manager offered a 40% discount on the day I couldn’t shower since the shower hadn’t been cleaned and had to sleep in a dirty room with sticky floors from not being mopped

The room had an odor. Front desk staff is average. Parking is convenient. Beds were clean.

Each time I stayed here is always a good experience

We stayed for two nights before our cruise, and the location was perfect. We loved our room and the staff was wonderful.

I've stayed at this hotel for years and it's GREAT!!! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Clean and modern. Oh - and the homemade muffins are great!!!!! I recommend this hotel if you're joining a cruise.

The staff working the check in desk were extremely rude. When I asked for a crib (as advertised being family friendly when booking) I was told that they would need to find it and didn’t know how to put it together. After an hour of not hearing anything, we went up to the desk where they huffed and puffed about putting it together and eventually it got brought to our room. It was a simple pack and play which is fine! But not sure what the fit was over. Everyone checking in had the same experience as us, being dismissed and ignored and terrible customer service.

The room was pretty good. The area felt safe. Everything I needed was nearby. If I could change anything, it would be the smell upon entering the room. It had a wet smell to it.

It was in a great location and the amenities were great. Anything I needed, I reached out to them and they were super helpful and pleasant.

Staff = perfect, friendly helpful, above and beyond. Room = bed comfy, slept like a dream Clean, nice pool, great hot tub. Key cards hardly ever worked i had to ask to have them reprogrammed several times. And they still never worked for the pool and etc.
