"Better than I expected! The room was spacious, and the hotel provided plenty of toiletries. We stayed for one night after our cruise, and the location was great. If you’re up for a walk, there are several stores and restaurants within walking distance, because it is fairly close to Dania Pointe and Oakwood Plaza. Can’t forget to mention how convenient the shuttle to the airport and cruise port is. It starts at 5 a.m., and we were so happy to be able to use it, even with our early flight."
"Exceeded expectations, clean, friendly reception staff. Recommended restaurants nearby. Coffee and tea available. Simple breakfast. Overall good value for money. Close to the airport, will go again."
"The front desk service is very poor... The check-out time of the hotel is 12 o'clock. Due to special circumstances, I need to delay the check-out by 30 minutes. I went to the front desk to communicate. At first, they said no. After asking the manager, they agreed to delay the check-out by 30 minutes. However, when I left the hotel, the hotel charged 50 US dollars from the deposit as a late check-out fee without explaining the situation to me. I was very dissatisfied with this and communicated with the front desk manager of the hotel. The front desk manager had a bad attitude and had no service awareness for the guests staying in the hotel. It is recommended to choose this hotel carefully to avoid affecting the interest of the trip.
I communicated with Ctrip customer service in time about the above situation, and Ctrip's service was as five-star as always."
"When we arrived we checked in and went to the room. I opened the door and immediately smelled something bad . it smelled like urine. I didn”t even go all the way in, but had my friends come up to the door. We knew we couldn”t stay there. Back to the lobby. He was very nice. He gave us another room. It was supposed to be newly renovated, but obviously was not. It smelled better so we stayed there. The breakfast was very good."
"-Hotel was fine, perfect for flights or people going on cruises. Not much food options nearby, and not enough seating in breakfast area. Hotel was clean,
Shuttle to hotel/ back was a bit of a mess. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive and the shuttle takes about 30-45 minutes to arrive. Plan ahead if you need to go to the airport...we ended up having to uber it to the airport in the morning due to it not being able to pick us up from the hotel for 45 minutes"
"Generally speaking, the service was good. They could have more coffee and tea in the room and have vending machines and they could extend the hours of the pool. The food was hearty and good and the attention the same."
"Was there for business and was able to have 2 zoom calls by the bar during the day. Everyone was so nice leaving me to work after checkout. Place is very convenient to all.."
"We only stayed one night before a cruise but we were very pleased with the studio room, how clean the room and facilities were and how nice the front desk staff was. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again."

Very Good
TtheandantelifeBooked 3 nights here while visiting family in Fort Lauderdale and waiting to fly out, and we were really happy with this hotel. Alana at the front desk helped us find a missing bar stool for our kitchen. 😊 Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Hyatt House is geared towards extended stays so the kitchen is full sized and great for self catering, but this location on Dania Pointe is surrounded by restaurants so we ended up eating out quite often!
Pool was clean, heated (not necessary in Dania in September but it was ok). Gym was small but ok, mostly cardio, some dumbbells and a bench. Breakfast was decent as chain hotels go, nothing to shout about but ok.
GGuest UserThe hotel is is clean and modern with a free shuttle to airport which is nice. Upon check in I was told that they only do housekeeping every other day which is the first time I have heard this from a hotel and rather strange. I only stayed here for 2 nights so we did not get any housekeeping.
There were limited amenities in the room as well like basic toiletries were not provided. No laundry bag, no coffee except for tea bag. But the hotel was clean, just felt it was very minimal to the services provided.
PParksThe gentleman at the front desk did his job, the bear minimal. He wasn't extra friendly nor outgoing just able to tell me what he couldn't do or how I couldn't make payment. Not that I expected him to go above and beyond, he wasn't.obmigated to me, but there are other hotels that actually pride themselves on superb hospitality, those I prefer. I mean this is a customer service industry right? With 4 hotels on the same block I'll surely try another one next time.
WweihuaVery clean hotel with eggs and meat for breakfast. It can be reached on foot from the beach. The surrounding area is very convenient, with 24-hour supermarkets and Wal-Marts. There is also a Hunan Chinese restaurant across the road. The meals are very affordable. There are spicy and non-spicy ones. The boss is very nice. Open until ten o'clock in the evening. Hotel parking is free. Recommend staying.
DDeeDee427For the price and waiting for a cruise it was okay. Add in taking a cab if you plan on shopping or going out for dinner. It was about $20 everytime we went some place.
It’s on a major highway so no walking anywhere.
The staff were great and very helpful with everything.
The rooms were a good size and clean enough. It’s a very busy place and it feels a little worn.
I would stay again if it was for a cruise and one night. There is a good restaurant next door.
LlvwenzhongThe room facilities are average, the bathroom is not very spacious, but the shower area is OK. The check-in procedures seem a bit complicated. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is OK if you don't have high requirements. There is a free car for airport pick-up every hour, but it is recommended to contact the hotel in advance, and the driver needs to check the customer information.
GGuest UserThis place was not what was in the pictures. The rooms just felt very uncomfortable. They did have outdoor sitting areas but they looked like the end of an after party.
