The location is good, there is a shopping center nearby, and the station is a 2-minute walk.
It's a very nice place to live. I didn't use it, but it has a kitchen so I think it would be good for a family trip. There is a deposit of 250 euros.

Mixed feelings.
Handy location next to the RER station for Evry. The area has little to do and only a couple of restaurants some walk away.
Reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and cheeful.
The attached restaurant was closed for evening meals (August holidays!) and below average breakfast offedring.
Comfortable bedroom with a small kitchette area, all clean as was the bathroom.
A bit expensive considering how far from the centre of Paris its located.

Property was clean, staff were very friendly, mall close by for everything you may need. The bed wasn't great but perfectly fine for a couple of nights. I would definitely stay again.

Residhome is always good
The room size is large, so it wasn't inconvenient to stay there for 3 days. Safe underground parking. There was a bakery and a large supermarket nearby, so it was convenient.
It's always a good Residhome, and thank you for your hospitality.

Overral a pleasent stay.
Overall a pleasent stay.
We were provided with an iron and ironing board to use which was in the laundry room. The iron was split open in half which presented a huge health and safety issue. We were given a replacement iron, this one was broken at the top. Unacceptable.
The rest of the stay was pleasent, nice spacious and clean rooms with pleasent staff.
