該酒店服務員素質極差，酒店管理員工培訓極差！
在這家酒店吃自助早餐的時候，就因為老父親上來拿了四個小籠包，服務員陰陽怪氣地説，“你拿這麼多吃得掉嗎，吃不完還要連累我幫你扔掉”。
我父親唯唯諾諾地説“我能吃得掉，我能吃得掉。” 我父親一輩子操勞，到老了我帶出來旅遊還受你們酒店服務員的鳥氣嗎？！就吃了四個小籠包一碗粥，又不是四個饅頭四個包子！“如果我拿了沒吃完浪費你指出可以，但我們還沒吃呢你就嘰嘰歪歪。”
這名服務員居然説“我這是親戚開的酒店我來幫忙，我可幹可不幹，我退休工資一萬五怎麼樣怎麼樣。”哦喲，受這鳥氣，怪我做兒子的沒本事帶父親住五星級酒店，連累他到老了受這鳥氣！！！該服務員是酒店餐廳唯一的服務員，負分！
