房間還是比較整潔乾淨的，無異味。設施較成舊，但還是完整可用。冷熱水標識和實際出水相反了。房門的防盜鏈鎖槽裝反了，起不到放盜作用。忘了拍照片，否則可以表達得更清楚一些。房間內電話不好用，跟總枱聯繫衹能用手機打酒店的電話。總體來説還可以，服務員態度和藹耐心，作為短期和出差居住，性價比還是高的。

賓館位置在市中心地帶，出入交通非常方便，服務員態度還可以，就是退房超過中午12:00要收費每小時¥20，感覺不人性化，在這一點上需要改進。

不知是電話機是否壞了，打總枱響二聲就斷了，其他服務電話都打不通。

1.備註的大床房部分無窗其實都是沒有窗户的房間；2.設計不合理，總枱和住宿分開，總枱那邊人臉身份證錄入後，實際住宿人是不需要經過總枱的，隨便誰都可以入住，存在很大的安全隱患3.房間內的固定電話完全是個擺設，連電話線都沒有；4.住酒店半夜停電直至第二天早上還沒修復，報給總枱後來了個電工直至離店還沒修復；5.因無窗停電後房間一片漆黑連洗臉刷牙都有問題酒店也沒有任何彌補的措施.；6.投訴後酒店表示房卡問題停電，不能怪酒店（意思是我把房卡弄壞了）；7.答應賠償一半房費直至今天沒有任何賠償，然後跟協調部門説拒絕賠償，真是無賴當上隱了
