"The villa by itself it’s beautiful, but the personnel doesn’t speak English. As it was a surprise destination, they contacted the person which didn’t know about it because I couldn’t speak Chinese. Ruined the birthday surprise. Upon checking in, we were escorted to the villa, still nobody telling me nothing while the personnel was explaining house details, the outside hot spring pool was dirty and we had to call a person to clean it while standing there. And for the price I had higher expectations of quality and service. Big disappointment"

The parking lot is very close to the hotel lobby and parking is very convenient. The hotel lobby is quite grand and low-key luxury. The check-in procedure was quick and convenient, and the service was thoughtful. The room was also very large, and a family of three stayed there without feeling crowded. The scenery outside the glass window was beautiful, and you could see the swimming pool downstairs, the garden in the garden, the Lianhua Oilfield, the Beibu Gulf, the Yangpu Bridge and other scenery. The most surprising thing was the beautiful night view of the Lianhua Oilfield. When checking in, I also experienced the hotel's free gym, swimming pool and other places, which were clean, especially the swimming pool water quality was very good, and the free buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious.
