Spent 700k to rent a room for 1 night but got a dirty room, dust, cockroaches, centipedes crawling on the air conditioner. The previous guests didn't clean up the trash. The bathroom equipment was all broken. The hostess's attitude towards the guests was very frustrating. The guest booked a room at our house and still didn't know??? Booked a room on the app but when she received it, it was a different room and told me that the room on the app was no longer available so I couldn't ask for that view. Oh, hello?? If it's not available, please remove the photo. When the guest checked out, she didn't even say hello to the guest and her face was always upset. Spent money using the service but the service attitude was like the mother of the world. The girls who cooked and served the food were very cheerful and enthusiastic, nothing to complain about.
