Look from the outside, Shi Ruo Hotel is not much different from the other hotels in this area. However, Miao, the owner of this hotel, speaks English very well. She had serviced mind and helped us to arranged Yading trip smoothly. Moreover, this noodle served for breakfast was very delicious.

The hotel is just right near the ticket office 3 minutes by walking. The room was clean and warm providing a full set of amenities, an electric blanket, and also the oxygen machine. All of the staff have the best service minds, one of them gave me a lot of suggestions before I arrived through WeChat and also prepared a taxi to pick me up at the bus station at late night. Another one gave me good taking care since I got a serious headache when I arrived hotel, he gave me and installed an oxygen machine which helped me feel better eventually. I do appreciate it and waiting to go back again.

We stayed here for 2 night to explore Yading Nature Reserve. Overall a great place to stay.
+ The room floor was not too cold, the hot shower was working fine and strong, there is also a humidifier.
+ 5-minute walk to the Yading service center where you buy tickets and board the bus
+ Several supermarket and stores nearby (but didn't see a lot of restaurant options)
+ Morning breakfast was good, hot and tasty
+ The lady boss and her brother were helpful in giving suggestions, arranging taxi to Daocheng for us, etc.

The sanitary environment is impeccable! The boss was very generous and easy to talk to. He entertained us warmly. We felt very warm even though we were unfamiliar with the place! The room is also very nice, love it!
