Facilities: Modern facilities and equipment, new furniture and appliances. The upstairs restaurant is ******* style with exquisite wood carvings. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: A very comfortable and quiet Tibetan-style house converted into a guesthouse, stylishly decorated with a good view from the window, close to the White Pagoda. Service: They gave us a bag of apples and candy. The owner and the elderly woman were very welcoming. The woman was very cheerful and especially beautiful."

They helped us with our luggage up the stairs when we arrived, but seemed to be eating downstairs and didn't pay attention to us. The bathroom in our initial room had a slight odor, so we were moved to a room opposite, which was much better. The only downsides are that the underfloor heating is set to 22 at night and can't be turned up any higher, and it's turned off during the day. My hot water took forever to heat up in the shower, it was freezing cold… Also, there was a big fly buzzing around all night, which was very noisy… I initially wanted to give it a perfect score, but it dropped significantly by the time I left."

I originally wanted to write a long review, but I didn't want it to be too wordy, so I've kept it brief. In my words, this is a warm and welcoming guesthouse. Knowing the winter nights are cold and the journey tiring, they offer a place to warm yourself by the fire and enjoy tea upon arrival. If you're hungry, you can have some snacks. The electric blankets in the rooms are a must-have. They consider the needs and hygiene of the shared bathroom, providing all necessary amenities and keeping it spotless (and environmentally friendly!). They ask about breakfast time in advance and consider what you'd like to eat (so if you're comfortable with ******* food, just let the owner know!). Of course, as someone traveling with two dogs, I was pleasantly surprised that not only does the guesthouse have a dog with a personality very similar to my dog Lu, but you can also tell the owner genuinely loves and understands dogs. It's rare to find such a relaxed guesthouse for dogs during my travels. The three dogs even played together before leaving – another great dog friend! Unfortunately, my visit was too rushed to take photos, but I really loved the guesthouse's style. The various little items have a very homey feel, blending traditional ******* style with other elements. I wish I could stay for a month! I wonder when I can come back again."
